At the border of a small village with the forest as our neighbour (Råda, kommun Hagfors), situated between the Rådasjön and the river Klarälven, you will find our house with the two stugas (Skitterend and Skoftig )on our property. We live in the most beautiful part of Värmland surrounded by never ending woods, charming villages, one hour drive from Karlstad and 2h50 from Oslo, Norway. Hagfors airport almost in our backyard to take a plane to Stockholm.

Do you want to be amazed by the breathless views, the friendly local people and the vast opportunities this country has to offer? Then we love to welcome you in one of our unique, cosy and well-equipped stugas!
Every stuga can accommodate up to five people (including children). Our stuga Skoftig has even more sleeping space. Every stuga has a wood stove (including smoke and carbon monoxide warning system), kitchen with oven, refrigerator, warm water, coffee and tea making facility, and the basics such as coffee, tea, spices. Towels and bedsheets are included. All these facilities are included in the price. The only thing you have to think about is enjoying and letting your mind and body come to rest. We take care of everything else for you! And we hope you enjoy your stay with us!

"The enjoyment of meeting people"
In 2015, Richard and I moved from Holland to Sweden with our three dogs: two young rescue dogs and our 12 year-old gentle Labrador mix.
We bought an old house which we totally renovated. In order to provide a nice and warm place for all the friends and family who would help us renovate, we built two stugas (wooden Swedish guesthouses) for them to stay in.
Now we are renting out the stugas to offer people from all over the world a home away from home. We enjoy meeting people, sharing stories, sharing the beautiful countryside and the fact that most people who come here as guests leave as friends.
